Return Policy

GALLARIA.CO.ZA RETURN POLICY

We aim to give you our valued customer a pleasant shopping experience with us.
To that end, if you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item.  Your refund will be processed within 30 days from your return request. You can return your product for online store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged,
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging,
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

PREPARE YOUR ITEM FOR COLLECTION

• It is your responsibility to place the item to be returned into the original packaging.
• Ensure that the product is correctly packed so that it does not get damaged in transit.
• Clearly mark your order number or return reference number on the outside of the packaging.

Failure to follow the above requirement may delay your refund or your refund being declined altogether.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be return once purchased;
• Underwear,
• Face masks,
• Swimsuits and other items that cannot be handled for hygienic and public health reasons.

RETURN VIA ONLINE LOGIN

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and password,
2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order,
3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email,
4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

RETURN VIA EMAIL NOTIFICATION

Alternatively, send an email to cancelled@gallaria.co.za confirming that you wish to return your purchase for a store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
You will receive a return email confirming receipt of your email. Within 24 hours of receipt of our confirmation email, the courier company will contact you to arrange the collection of the item.

The following additional information regarding the return of your purchase will apply;
• Your money will be refunded into your account within 24 hours of the receipt of the item back to our offices.
• Your replacement product or exchange will take the normal 3 to 5 working days to reach you, the courier company will inspect and collect the item that you wish to return.
• Store credit will be made available as soon you log your item to be exchanged.

SHIPPING FEES

• Gallaria will pay for your return shipping fees in the instance that we sent you the incorrect item or defective product.
• Where, the item is correctly supplied and you change your mind about your purchase then you will be liable for the return shipping fees,
• In which case, you original shipping fee will not be refunded,
• You will not be liable for any return restocking fees.
• Damages or lost items will be your responsibility, for this reason, we recommend that you insure the item that you intend to return.
• Should you have any complains about our level of service, please send an email to complain@gallaria.co.za or call us on 011 048 6864 from Monday to Friday, 09h00 to 17h00.
• Where you have a change of heart and wish to return/ exchange you item for a different item, the following shipping fees will apply
